Edit a Fuelup
Purpose
This screen allows you to update or delete an existing fuelup record for a vehicle. Changes made here will immediately affect fuel totals, averages, and distance calculations.
When to Use This Page
- When correcting a fuelup entry
- When updating missing or incorrect information
- When removing a fuelup that was entered by mistake
Field Descriptions
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Date/Time | The date the fuel was purchased. Update this if the original date was entered incorrectly. |
| Units | The amount of fuel added during this fuelup, such as gallons or liters. |
| Cost/Unit | The price paid per unit of fuel. |
| Vendor | The fuel vendor or gas station where the fuel was purchased. |
| Odometer | The vehicle’s odometer reading at the time of the fuelup. |
| Comment | An optional note describing the fuelup, such as a trip name or special circumstance. |
Required and Optional Fields
Date/Time, Units, and Cost/Unit are required.
Vendor, Odometer, and Comment are optional.

Buttons and Actions
| Button | Action |

| Save | Saves changes made to the fuelup record. |
| Back to Garage | Returns to the main garage screen. |
| Back to Vehicle | Returns to the selected vehicle’s overview page. |
| Fuelup List | Displays all fuelups recorded for the vehicle. |
| Delete | Permanently removes this fuelup record. |
Notes and Tips
Deleting a fuelup cannot be undone.
If totals or averages look incorrect, review recent fuelup edits.
Behavior and Calculations
All fuel totals, averages, and distance calculations are updated automatically after saving changes.
Updating the odometer improves accuracy but is not required.
